We started Edge Operations Group because we kept seeing the same problem.
Small businesses would work hard, grow their revenue, hire more people — and then hit a wall. Not because they lacked ambition or talent, but because their operations hadn't kept up. Workflows built for five people were breaking under a team of fifteen. Inventory was managed in spreadsheets. Nobody had a clear picture of what was actually happening in the business.
That's the gap Edge Operations Group was built to fill. We're an operations consulting firm based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, serving small businesses across Arizona and Nevada — including Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities.
